Jason Durham signed copies of Pro Tactics: Panfish: Use the Secrets of the Pros to Catch Bluegill, Crappie, and Perch.

Local author/fishing guide/kindergarten teacher Durham covers ice fishing, which for northern anglers often yields the best panfish catches of the year, and provides advice and instruction on preparing panfish for the table.

Participants came to Beagle for a special poetry storytime and craft. We read poems from Calef Brown’s Flamingos on the Roof (including a poem called Alphabet Sherbet) and then made our own alphabet sherbets.
